First Grilling 7-18-06


The First Grilling dinner couldn't have gone much better! Jesi and I had corn on the cob with kabobs. Our kabobs had: artichoke hearts, pineapple, potatoes, red, yellow, and green peppers, zuchinni, onions, carrots, mushrooms (only on Jesi's), and marinated chicken (only on mine). They were DELICIOUS!
Then for dessert we made grilled fruit kabobs with pineapple, peaches, and bananas.
SOOOOO GOOOOD! My grill is great!

We're planning to grill out again on Thursday, because we still have a ton of vegetables and food left to make more kabobs.
And we're going to marinate the vegetables this time... AND we're going to sprinkle the fruit kabobs with cinnamon and sugar and add in some chunks of mango, too. YUMMMM!
