Townhouse

Ok, so the pictures on the MLS page of the actual townhouse I'm looking at are not very nice, but there's this townhouse with exactly the same layout, and it has NICE pictures, so these indoor shots are actually of a different house, but it looks exactly the same as the one I'm putting an offer on. So anyway, this is the front of the actual townhouse that I'm looking at. It's even cuter in person. :-)

This is the back of the actual townhouse. I'd rather have a deck, but the patio is nice. It's big enough for a real table with chairs, and the grill obviously. Plus it has a lot of really pretty nicely-kept grass in the backyard to do cartwheels and sommersaults in. Lovely.

Here is a shot of the living room. You can see on the far left the edge of the dining room table. Next to the fireplace are the doors leading out to the patio, and on the right of the pictures are the stairs leading upstairs. The washer and dryer are immediately at the top of the stairs in a closet that is in between the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is to the left, and the other bedroom is to the right.

This is the living room again. There's a wood burning fireplace. It's a very big room. The person taking this picture was standing in the dining room area.

This is the kitchen. The tile floors in the house I'm looking at are white, and it has wallpaper on the walls instead of paint. Same layout though. The passthrough to the dining area is above the sink. across the room from the sink, on the left side of the picture, are windows looking out to the front of the house.

Here's another part of the kitchen. The entrance to the kitchen is immediately to the left of this picture, and the windows looking outside are immediately to the right.

Here's the dining area. It's in one big room with the living room. You can see the pass-through to the kitchen. Immediately to the left of this picture (not visable obviously) is the walkway to the kitchen (on the right), the 1/2 bath on the left, and then the coat closet, also on the left, and then the front door. To the left of the dining table, across from it I guess, are the stairs going upstairs.

Here's a picture of the master bedroom. It's pretty nice. It has a slightly vaulted ceiling called a tray celing.

A shot of the master bathroom. Two sinks! Wow! I can really spread out! I can just get CRAZY with two sinks!

Again, this is in the master bathroom upstairs. Both bedrooms are upstairs, both have their own bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bathroom has this garden tub as well as a shower.

By the way, I just noticed this other townhouse (the one with the nicer pictures) on the MLS listings my real estate agent had sent me earlier. For some reason we didn't look at it. It looks virtually identical to the one I'm making an offer on tomorrow, except that it actually has a slightly lower asking price! SO, I emailed my agent tonight asking about it. I'm meeting with him tomorrow evening to make an offer, so, we will talk about it then. I have a feeling this one may have already sold and that's why we didn't look at it. But we'll see!
